LCA Full Life Cycle Green Management Committee is a full life cycle green management organization organized by China Electronics Energy Conservation Technology Association. The Green Development Center, the Institute of Information and Communications Technology of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology-Tair Laboratory, the Energy Research Institute of Jiangxi Academy of Sciences and other units initiated the establishment. Its main responsibility is to implement the spirit of a series of instructions of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on building ecological civilization and promoting industrial green development, low-carbon development, energy conservation, emission reduction and comprehensive utilization, and to research and organize solutions to provide enterprises with green management throughout the life cycle.

The LCA Life Cycle Green Management Committee is the first domestic life cycle assessment method (Life Cycle Assessment, LCA) as the core, based on the whole life cycle low-carbon green evaluation system and platform construction, to promote Chinese and global industries national professional organization for the purpose of sustainable production and consumption throughout the life cycle of the chain.
