Leverage Sustainable Development Action SCORE Centralized Training

On September 13, 2022, Leverage was commissioned by Gildan to conduct training and research for a group of its suppliers on the Corporate Sustainability (SCORE) project - Workplace Cooperation and Gender Equality module, aiming to help their suppliers improve their management level, push enterprises to respect workers' rights, promote decent employment and gender equality; Committed to focusing on the negative genderrelated effects experienced by individuals or groups of employees at work and helping to mitigate, eliminate or prevent the negative effects of gender inequality; Help its suppliers to enhance personnel communication, improve working conditions while enhancing enterprise productivity and competitiveness; The SCORE program will help build closer trust between suppliers' employees, management and GILDAN to work together to deliver Sustainable Development Goal SDG5.
