Leverage attended BSCI Annual Conference 2014 at Brussells

On 12 and 13 November the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) held its Annual Conference, under the theme Sowing the Seeds for Sustainable Global Supply Chains. Over the last decade, companies have worked to tackle sustainable supply chain issues; the BSCI Annual Conference will bring together actors of the supply chain as well as stakeholders to network and collaborate towards improved working conditions in factories and farms worldwide.

Among high-level speakers, BSCI was pleased to welcome Prof. John Ruggie, former UN Special Representative on Business and Human Rights, to headline the conference and share his profound expertise on managing business and human rights challenges through the 'protect, respect and remedy' framework.

Leverage Limited attended this conference as BSCI participant and were commited to driving BSCI 2.0 in the forthcoming 2015.
