In October 2020, Leverage's CEO signed the CEO Statement of Support for the Women's Empowerment Principles. The Principles for the Empowerment of Women, a joint initiative of UN Women and the UN Global Compact Office, set out a series of relevant issues to consider in order to achieve the above goals, to help the private sector focus on some key issues, to Promote gender equality in the workplace, market competition and community life. The Women's Empowerment Principles can help companies to adjust existing policies and plans according to the actual situation of various current business activities, or implement completely new policies as needed, so as to truly empower women.
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 5 also refers to achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls.

In March 2022, Leverage used the "Women Empowerment Principles" Gap Analysis Tool (WEPs tool) to analyze the company's own practice in terms of gender equality, and achieved a good score of 96%, effectively indicating that Leverage has taken measures to formulate policies, Implement, evaluate and report on progress towards women's empowerment and empower women through communication to influence stakeholders.
In August 2022, Leverage sent representatives to participate in the online welcome meeting of the Target Gender Equality (TGE) business accelerator program hosted by the UNGC United Nations Global Compact.
During the meeting, the UNGC team members introduced the project overview and follow-up arrangements to the company, and also allowed the representatives of each participating company to introduce themselves and get to know each other, so as to facilitate the follow-up and better collaboration to complete the project.
This accelerator program has landed in China, providing a platform for enterprises to obtain professional support, ability improvement and experience exchange opportunities in the dimension of sustainable development, which integrates learning, practice and exchange.
