In order to actively play the supporting role of quality infrastructure technology, strengthen the docking of market rules and standards, and effectively promote the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade, recently, the "three sames" work on "same line, same standard and same quality" had being vigorously promoted nationwide.

 "Same line, same standard and same quality" refers to products that are produced by the same manufacturing enterprise according to the same standard and quality requirements, which can meet the requirements of specific overseas target markets and can be sold domestically.

It can be said that the full implementation of the project of "same line, same standard and same quality" was proposed under the circumstances of correct study and judgment of the international economic situation and the domestic consumer market. The "Three Sames" project could promote the integration of domestic and foreign trade in China, and could help export-oriented enterprises switch back to domestic sales, at the same time help domestic-sales enterprises find export opportunities, drive domestic product quality with foreign high quality, so as to meet the needs of more consumers.

On March 6, 2023, the China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association approved the establishment of the "China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association "Three Sames" Product Standardization Technical Committee (CIQATC17)", and Leverage was invited to become a member of the committee.

The composition of the association includes: chief consultant, Guo Lisheng, expert and researcher of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association; chairman of the association, deputy director of the marketing department of China Quality Certification Center Wang Zhigang; and three vice-chairmen: Liu Xianfeng, vice president of China Quality Mark Center Group Co., Ltd. ; Yan Haochun, engineer of China Building Material Test & Certification Group Co., Ltd., general manager of the certification evaluation center, and Wang Jian, director of the agricultural and food department of SGS-CSTC Standard Technical Service Co., Ltd
