The "Innovation Workshop" is a platform for sharing experiences, discussing issues, promoting institutional innovation and reform system integration after the establishment of the Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Zone. It is an important mechanism for the demonstration zone to inspire innovation collaboration and stimulate cross-domain cooperation. Since April 1, 2020, Innovation Works has organized a number of activities such as the "Government Services One Netcom Office".

In June 2021, 52 enterprises, associations and think tanks jointly initiated the establishment of the Yangtze River Delta Green and Low-carbon Development Action Community, which is committed to exploring a new pattern of diversified governance with the participation of government, enterprises and social organizations. In the past two years, its membership has expanded to more than 90 companies, and it relies on platforms such as the "Innovation Workshop" to continue to explore the potential and application of business innovation in the field of green and high-quality development in the Yangtze River Delta.
